Anyone wishing to attend the Summit must register online. Online registration ends at Noon (ET) Friday, April 27. After April 27, attendees must register onsite.
All attendees must obtain their meeting credentials at the Meeting Registration Center. Attendees are required to show two forms of personal identification, including a current, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport), to receive credentials. The second form of identification must confirm the individual's business affiliation (such as a business card or organizational ID); personal credit cards are not a valid form of identification. Media must show a current press credential or business card.
Submitting a registration request does not constitute a guarantee of registration. NGA reserves the right to reject the registration application. NGA also reserves the right to revoke the credentials of anyone whose behavior is disruptive to the meeting and associated events.
Payments and Refunds
Registration fees must be paid online during the registration process by credit card.
To cancel your meeting registration and receive a refund, you must submit your request by email to Tonya Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org by Noon (ET) Friday, April 13. NGA will issue a refund less a $100 processing fee.
Cancellation requests received after April 13 are non-refundable. Registrations submitted after the refund cancellation date are not eligible for a refund. No-shows are billed for the applicable fee.
Meeting registration for all attendees will be located at Camelback North on the ballroom level of The Phoenician.

NGA has reserved a block of sleeping rooms for meeting attendees at The Phoenician. The Phoenician's group room rate is $309 per night, plus city and state taxes (currently12.57 percent). For questions about accommodations, contact Tonya Smith at firstname.lastname@example.org or (202) 624-5389. NGA is unable to assist with room reservations booked outside the NGA room block.
The cutoff date for housing is Noon (ET) Friday, April 20. If accommodations are available after this date, they may be at a rate higher than the NGA meeting rate.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
The Phoenician requires a credit card to confirm each hotel reservation request. There is a seven (7) day cancellation for all reservations. In order to prevent a cancellation or change fee, cancellation or reduction in arrival or departure dates must be confirmed no later than seven (7) days prior to your arrival date.

NGA is minimizing the amount of printed materials we distribute. The North American Summit meeting app will serve as your primary resource.
Through the meeting app, participants may access the complete schedule of events, including session times and locations, speaker biographies, maps and additional information. The app is for invited attendees only and will be secured allowing coded access to each registrant. About a week prior to the Summit you will receive your custom email which will include instructions and links to download the app. Be sure to open the email invitation on the device you are using at the meeting ie: your iPhone, iPad, Android phone or laptop.
By registering for this event, the registrant consents to allow NGA to use personally identifiable information ("PII") collected for official purposes associated with this event only. NGA uses information collected to make hotel reservations, process charges to credit cards and facilitate security for the meeting. NGA undertakes reasonable efforts to ensure that all PII collected on or through our websites remains secure, including one or more technologies and processes such as encryption, access control procedures, firewalls, physical security and other measures. NGA treats member and customer information confidentially, and we do not release event invitation and registration lists to third parties unless required by law or legal process. Of course no website security measures are infallible, and no website is impervious to unauthorized or malicious intrusion.
